SIZING FOR SHIRTS

We measure our shirts laying flat along the back side.

A: Shoulders along the top of the shirt from seam to seam. If the shirt has no seam we use ~ to indicate that we made an estimate.

B: Chest measured across from pit to pit.

C: Sleeves along the top from seam to the tip of the cuff. If there is no seam we use ~ to indicate that we made an estimate.

D: Vertical from the bottom of neck collar to the bottom of the shirt down the middle.

Here is a modern standard sizing chart for chest measurements. How ever please remember that vintage clothes have a narrower cut than most modern pieces.
The best way to insure fit is to measure one of your favorite fitting shirts as above and compare to the measurements listed in the description.

XS - 33-34"
S -35-37"
M -38-40"
L -42-44"
XL -46-48"
XXL-50-52"

SIZING FOR PANTS

We measure our pants laying flat along the back side.

A: Waist along the top of the pants then doubled.

B: Outer Length from the top of the pants to the bottom hem along the outside seam.

C: Inseam from the crotch to the bottom hem.
